Massage Therapist
Lindsay has been doing bodywork since 2006. A student of renowned elder (and Upper Peninsula native!) Irene Gauthier, who elevated the entire massage therapy profession and was recognized the world over throughout her esteemed career. Lindsay incorporates many modalities into her sessions including: myofascial release, clinical/medical style, Swedish, energy/subtle-body work, polarity, hot stone and cupping therapies, while having an intuitive approach to each unique body’s needs. She especially enjoys, and has developed a specialty working with tendon/ligament/fascia specific issues. She also has training in Thai massage, cupping, and reflexology. Additionally, Lindsay is a Level 2 Trauma Touch Therapist certified through the Colorado School of Healing Arts as of January 2023. Lindsay deeply appreciates the value of feeling good in your body and really enjoys helping people who might otherwise feel uncomfortable receiving massage, to gently and mindfully approach a more embodied state through bodywork. She is LGBTQIA+ safe and is particularly sensitive and passionate about working with gender non-conforming bodies — as well as all of the beautiful variations of bodies that we inhabit.
